Introduction to the Whisky Whiskey project as well as a tasting of The Macallan 12 year matured and finished in all Sherry Oak casks. I’ll also cover some of the history of Macallan, why they’re so expensive in relative terms and how this dram was my introduction into the world of Scotch Whiskies.
